Piece of Glass is a performance piece looking at transperacy and disregard faced by women in the corporate work place. Aesthetically linked to the erotic sculptures by Allen Jones from '69 Table, Hat Stand and Chair. The heavy glass table top, becomes both an obstacle and a burden, yet it does not break the consentration and focus on moving forward. The glass is both see-through and reflective. Instead of trying to be like a man in the office, we should - as said and done by Mary Portas - work like a woman.
